My Story
I am an experienced Registered Dietitian in Surrey, United Kingdom.
Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA). I have a degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition, including a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics, which qualifies me to practice clinical nutrition.

I have worked as a Registered Dietitian since year 2000, in both hospital and community settings, gaining extensive experience in helping people with a number of health conditions. This includes working for over 10 years within the NHS, helping me gain a wide range of skills and experiences that are proving valuable to all my Clients.

I understand the real-life challenges many people face when balancing work, family and prioritising their health. Therefore, my approach used is practical, realistic, and designed to fit into everyday life. Helping Clients iron out confusing nutrition myths with clear, practical and evidence-based advice.

Seeing people successfully transform themselves and achieving their health goals through my suggested improvements gives me a great sense of satisfaction.

How I Can Help You?
Why Trust A Dietitian?
Registered Dietitians are food and nutrition experts who can translate the science of nutrition into practical solutions for healthy living. They decode complex research results into understandable information for the public. Dietitians are qualified in human nutrition after completing a degree (not a short course!) and some Dietitians may wish to study on further, like I did.
Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals to be regulated by law, and are governed by an ethical code to ensure that they always work to the highest standard. Therefore, the public can feel safe to take advice from me for various health conditions.

Here’s what would happen in an initial appointment:
Assessments: I will be gathering information from you to assess your current health status, medical diagnosis, dietary intake and lifestyle. The type of assessments used vary and depends on your health status. Remember, be comfortable and open with your information because I am here to help you. It is vital to get initial assessments correct!

Planning: This is done based on your assessment results, we will be working together to create an achievable health plan, a plan that suits your lifestyle and includes as many foods that you like! It is unique to you, giving you freedom of choice and sustainable health benefits.

Education: I will provide you with evidence based advice, tailored to your medical condition, lifestyle and dietary needs. I am trained to simplify complex scientific outcomes into understandable information that you can take away. Keeping up-to-date with new research so that I can provide current information to Clients.

After: Once you have completed your initial appointment, I will be working on creating your personalised meal plan (if you chose this option), this will contain recommendations and ideas of meals, drinks & snacks. You will be able to start your week without any hesitations or confusions on what to eat, or what to do next. Please note, meal plans are emailed to you once completed, usually takes 3-5 working days.
